Text of Complaint by Yash:

  • I been following up from last 4-5 days regarding airtel fiber net installation.
    All the verification and payment process has been completed, but today one of executive told me that they won’t be able to install,
    Because they are not getting any revert from your technical team.How can we expect such kind of reason from their side?
    And when I asked them regarding the refund they told me it will take time!!!!
    Before the payment was done, they were following up like 4-5 times a day and now they are behaving like this.
