On 24/ 03/2022 in cash advance (kk app) i have paid the amount of 15196 loan amount but due to some technical issue the amount has strucked into phonepay, and the payment has done on 26th of March, and I gave them a call then their executive said it’s not updated till now and they were asking to make payment again, and they were sending wrong messages to all my contacts and asking them to pay the amount. I request you to solve my issue as soon as possible because I’m facing lot of problems, they are contacting my contacts and using vry bad language and doing nonsense.
