I receive piegeon induction through Flipkart on 15 Jan. 14:30 by friend,when i opened the parcel i found a long & deep scratch on screen.
So, i applied for return on same day 1830.
I returned it to delivery team on 17 Jan.
After returned online tracking showing as not returned, i waited till evening but same.
So, i contact customer support, they said to wait but 19 Jan. 0600 online tracking status reflecting as return & refund rejected, then immediate i contact to customer support several times but they extending only dates.
