After many complaints and e-mail about my smartwatch display problem beatxp send their courier partner to pick-up my smartwatch which is on warranty and they said in email that¹ after pickup of product with in 2 to 3 days they send replacement product but today is 9th day still not received any product and I also can’t get updates of my product which pick-up by their courier partner I also can’t track my picked up product

Replacement Smart watch parcel already picked up by you courier partner on Monday 21-08-2023 successfully now what’s the status of my product when I’ll get my product?? Today is 29-08-2023 today is a 8th day their is no update from your side. Even I can’t track my product no response from their side
