Dear Sir/Madam,
We are an NGO in to education sector catering underprivileged children
We have CUG connection of 15 nos and we are facing lot of problem and our account number is 1151893415
Regarding service issues above given account number from airtel that every month we are making payment on time but airtel team are not updating payment in the portal after several follow up too and also we are not getting originals bills also still we are making payment before due date but airtel team is not updating payment details and deactivating connection and they are telling that we did not make the payment so they deactivated the connections while drafting cheque also facing problem while doing NEFT payment also facing same problem and charging every month late payment charges also because of airtel irresponsible service
We are really fed up with this service
we are facing these kind of issues from past more than a year
Every month we are escalating the issue to all airtel people and still no solution and because of the airtel system we are facing a lot of problems.
Request to look in to the matter and resolve our issue and do the needful
