Respected Sir or Madam,

I had ordered a Mobile phone Samsung Galaxy M51, from Amazon on an “Exchange offer”, saving almost Rs. 10k.

As it was on an exchange, when they delivered, they took my Old cell phone on the same day. But when i opened the package, i saw that the package was damaged & not satisfactory – full dust over the mobile phone, tangled charger & a torn charger space as well. Looking at the inside package when opened, it looked like somebody as already used the phone & did not look like a newly packed one.

When i raised this with Amazon, after several calls, finally speaking to the Supervisor, Amazon initiated a Replacement for me. Now, considering the fact that i have already given back my Old cell phone to them, Amazon tells me that they can process the replacement for this Samsung M51 phone that we ordered, only after we first give them back their new Mobile.

Now it may so happen that after they take back this phone, they may initiate a Refund- which i am totally not okay as i have got this product with a good discount on a Festive Exchange offer, using ICICI card & exchange my Old phone.

My only request to Amazon is that, i needed a Replacement date, to which they are delaying now telling me that, till i return the product they cannot give me the Replacement date for my Product.

If this is a right forum whom the consumers should look up to, then i kindly beg your pardon & help me address this at the earliest possible.
If not please guide me to the concern team for filing a complaint against this.
