I have made an advance (before 4 weeks) payment of Rs Rs3300 for Jio fibre post paid.It was promised that with 48 hours ( maximum) it will be installed.But even after calling 55 times, pinging 36 times and 18 emails no one come for installation.
I have to my mobile recharge for data on top of paying a large amount.
I have lost my peace of mind and wifi is mandatory to work and survive.
Once a technician called me from Jio, I requested him to come but was very rude and he doesn’t pick up my calls.
Another technician called on last Wednesday, I gave him the address, he told ” I am telling you offline, Jio fibre gets installed to the MUSLIM families on a priority basis and the local Jio authority ignores everyone else.
He told it wl take another 3 to 4 weeks, for it to b installed
I am shocked and I have been CHEATED. PLEASE HELP.
