I had booked 2 ticket from travolook on 27 September 2021.but after half and hour they had called me that you booking had cancelled and we will refund you amount in 7 days. But after calling them and mailing them I came to know that i had duped. They reply via mail that you patience are really important and refund will come with in 7 days. When I call them on customer care they will tell that on Monday or other day you will get u refund. But to no avail so last time they told me to transfer money in their wallet and book ticket but today their websiteare not there on mailing I get answer unmatch address of sender.
