Hi Team,

I have bought two shirts in Ajio app in July 2021. But they delivered the wrong size product and I have raised a return request for the same on the same date. I have waited for two weeks time no one came for return pickup. Delivery guys without attempting for the pickup they have updated the wrong status as customer denied to give the product. Without attempting for pickup they updated the status. And I have raised a complaint for the same issue and finally they have arranged for return pickup finally and I have handed over both the products to the delivery person and I have asked for acknowledgement for the same but they denied to give that. And finally one product he updated the status as pickup done and for other one he did not update any status and still I did not get refund for the one product. More than 2 months I am struggling with this issue. I am fed-up with Ajio and what type of cheating is this. Ajio is following new way to cheat the customer s like this. I am not going to use Ajio anymore and I am going to file a consumer complaint against you and I have all the evidence with me including the customer care recordings. In last two months I have called to the customer care for more than 200 time but no use in that useless customer care service.

Why you guys want to cheat customers like this. And there is no single mistake form my side ok.
