Sir today I booked ticket online there is no chat box available u taken my amount when I called customer care they told me that the amt received from your side our team will call u the person who called me up sad u have to pay me the additional payment of 3250 because flight fare is increased in each & every app they calculate before deducting it it’s actually fraud you people first deduct the amount & than for diffrence you call I have received my e-ticket but the difference paid by myself is the issue when I ask them refund me my amt your employee told it will take 15 to 20 working days to refund it so I was having only one choice to accept your deal & difference amt of 3250 was paid myself this is not at all fair you r blackmailing my doing this type of stuff
