I  ADDED  GIFT VOUCHERS OF RUPEES 20,000 , AFTER THAT I AM PAYING A ELECTRICITY BILL, PAYMENT FAILED, AND THEY BLOCKED MY AMAZON ACCOUNT. MY AMAZON ACCT  NUMBER IS 8591886237.
