My mobile number 8016437609was not active for 4 months as the SIM does not operate in J& K Region, due to that my sim was inactive for 4-5 months. After 5 months when i am back to West Bengal, there was no network on my sim and in contact with AIRTEL customer care, she suggest to refresh the sim and get 4G sim. So i reactivate the sim by paying 100 INR and recharge it with 149 INRas unlimited for 28 days. The sim was functioning well for 5 – 6 days and after 6 days the sim stop functioning and also there was no network in it.
Again I contact Customer care and on talk with AIRTEL NODAL OFFICER ,she said that the sim is allocated to somebody else. So how can such mistake be done by AIRTEL . So I do not understand the circumstance and criteria , I only need is to reactivate my SIM as early as possible. It is mistake done through AIRTEL and it must be resolve as early as possible.
