I booked my tickets and it automatically got cancelled and it claimed the amount would get credit within 15 days but its been 2.5 months and on regular conversations with executives they are not initiating refund. upon asking to transfer calls they don’t do the needful stating they are working from home and every time give a false commitment of transferring amount within next 10 days. I have recordings of executives for the reference also. Please file a complaint for this fraud company who claims of resolution of issues within 48 hours on their website and refund of amount within 15 days . and torturing us. i made almost 30 38 calls for this n still on the same page.
