I wanted to cancel my reliance big tv prebooking and want my refund of 1999rs bacause when i prebooked 15 days i got message that the installation will be done within 15 days, immeadiately asked for cancellation, but even after several follow up i did not get any response from the customer service. I dont want this kind of support in future also so i decided not to go for independent tv. Please refund my money back. I only have booking id which i receieved after prebooking. Please find the msg rec from your side is on date 24/11/2018 Dear Customer, Your workorder no is 815636 , and your Customer ID is 1005938772 ,your installation will be completed shortly. So please Cancel this booking and immediately refund my money your customer care employees are irresponsibe so please refund immediately or provide call form your seniors
