Realme book core i3 11th gen (laptop) Date of purchase: 2.09.2021 Order id: OD122716029606845000 Registered mobile number: 7011271912 Amount paid: Rs.44249/- Product serial number: 210805801001000286 DOA certificate number: IN18-005-I211124001 which was already uploaded flipkart app i purchased a laptop but within 2 weeks I faced issue, when i contacted the service center they confirmed there is a motherboard issue, and after one month they have provided me a DOA certificate on 24.11.2021 which is valid for one month when i contacted to the Flipkart they have sent a person for pickup the product but due to mismatch of the serial number they didn’t pick the product, now I’m continuously chasing the issue from Flipkart but they are not providing me resolution, last 3 month’s I faced so much mental harassment.
Kindly do the needful ASAP
