As per my issue is still not resolved. Accordingly, our conversation with your customer care executive he told me that my address was mismatch and they want me to send the Adhaar card copy for the same but I don’t understand that how the address was not proper as my connection runs from last 1.5 years so how it will possible now they found a address mismatched issue I need a truthful solution for it as soon as possible. As I have talked to seniors also they told me that the issue was resolved in 2 hours , when I call again the same statement was given to me, so please take a quick action to solve this issue.
