I got a call from Mobile Number 8140130394 name the caller is form filling e-mail address is aerovisioninternational@gmail.com of AEROVISION INTERNATIONAL 11.3.2021 at 11:28 AM. He offered me data entry job, saying they are govt. certified company. I’ve to fill up 500 form in 5 days with 90% accuracy of 450 forms and they will give rupees 39/- per form (total 19500/-) and the registration fees of 4500/- will be deducted from salary.
He said that you have received link and you will open the same on your laptop/ pc and create a link for the same. They sent me a 100 rupees stamp paper agreement and told that upload your photo, aadhar card and images of your signature. Then I did the same. They forward me the logging ID and I create the password through their link which they provided.
Then they called me and told that attend the verification call and agree for the job. After few minutes one lady called me for verification from this mobile number 9714013093, and I agreed to do the job.
I did the job for only 2 hours and after 2 hours I requested them to cancel my agreement,and they told me If I pay the registration amount of Rs 5000 for discontinue the task they will not take any Legal action against me.After paid the registration fees of rupees 5000 then they confirm that they will not take any Legal action against me instead company will apply NOC from my end told by customer care number of the company AEROVISION INTERNATIONAL (9574723076),(9824352017)

Next day on 12th March 2021 at 12:01 pm I got a call from an advocate named Shailendra Thakur who demand 23,494 for Noc charges when i disagree to pay then he threatened me to file a case in Gujarat jamnagar district court, unfortunately I paid the amount by his threatened but after my payment he told me by call that i do not deposit the amount in time so they again asked me to pay 34840 -/ to take docket but I denied to pay the amount, then i received a SMS from QP-INTINV advocate Shailendra Thakur (mobile no.+919824570119) and AKASH SINGH(MOBILE NO 7202074304)that FIR has been registered against me. And I have to clear amount which I’ve to pay is rupees 34840/- to Avoid Further Legal Issues. Another SMS from sender BA-TESTIP that my case has been registered at GOVERNMENT COLONY JAMNAGAR DISTRICT COURT GUJARAT-361005

So a humble request to please take the necessary action against those people and company who is harassing me by mentally and financially. I attached SMS, agreement and notice which I received with this mail. Please do the needful and take necessary action to these fraud organisations.
