I have done credit card payment of Rs 86000 on 4th April still amount was not credited to the credit card account neither refunded and no response from customer service. Kindly help me with this issue.

I have done amount- 39900, 35000, 40000, 45000, 1820 on transaction successful but other credit card bill payment not received.
Sir its been 7 days i have not received the credit card bill payment yet sir please solve my problem asap otherwise i have to pay penalty on credit card bill.
