I attempted to purchase a lifestyle eGift Voucher from the AeronPay android application on 12 Feb 2023, using Rs.3000 wallet amount. The money got debited from my wallet balance, however, the purchase transaction was a failure. I immediately tried to approach the app support, but the app does not have a contact number for launching a complaint over a phone call. On launching a complaint over email, they silently removed the transaction details from
my wallet history, with the intention to defraud me of Rs.3000.
