i paid rs 100000 bill as on 01.01.23 but payment not credited in my credit card account then i lodge a complain but not solve they told my to do rekyc then i update my all document after that still scanning only and again on 14.01.23 again rs 50000 credit card bill payment then this time refund showing but when refund not happened then i again complain about this only then in application showing paid successfully.. but this time they did not provide visa reference number..
