I have made my credit card payment through aeron pay of 38000 but it is showing as refunded but till now the refund is not credited in my account sir please help me, i tried to contact them and mailed them but still amount not credited it has been more than 4 months after I have made the payment

I also facing same issue my money still hold with Aeron pay the amount has showing successfully but not reflect in my account I think they are doing fraud and I don’t know why RBI given them licence.
