I received a SMS 10:55 PM on 05-08-2023 regarding DEBIT of Rs. 10,000/- from my State Bank of India Savings a/c by AEPS.
Tried to call SBI helpline on 05/08/2023 but afraid none able to guide. Several mails sent to SBI on the issue.
First working day 07/08/2023, on approaching bank, they said book complain in CYBER CRIME CELL they don’t have much to do, Complaint booked with CYBER CRIME CELL in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. Copy of same has been mailed to Bank which yet to be responded.
