Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have ordered JBL Charge 3 where TWS Earpod was free with it (as per the website getsby.in), but they have delivered a local speaker of some local company and charged me Rs.1700/-. No Earpod was there in the packet. I have made video while delivery person came for clarification you can take this video. I need my money back as sson as possible. Please help me to get my money back.
Aside this complaint, I would like to inform you that this scam is running on Facebook Instagram very easily and they are earning making people fool. This is kind of cyber crime going Facebook Instagram and other social sites. Kindly take a note and treat it as a most important matter. Or else more innocent people will be looted.
