I have booked seats in advance directly from GOAIR site for my two passengers (PNR No.- V8T4GZ) as mentioned in trailing mail.On 7th April’2021 I cancelled my flights but the amount of seat charges not credited to my account.We booked tickets from the agent M/s Easemytrips & after informing the same to them they informed that as seats has been booked directly from the Flight company site “GoAir” so we have to claim with them only.Already rest flight cancellation charges they have been processed as enclosed in email for your reference.
Please check & do needful immediately to refund my seat booking amount of Rs.299/-.
