I have taken advance rental plan one year back where I need to pay 6 month rental in advance.(Airtel no-8296530319)
Now I want to convert this plan to monthly but when I called to customer care they told me to call after bill generation but not after bill generation they are harassing me to pay the bill although I requested to disconnect the connection.
