Hi sir/Madam,
my order number is “170218124932728” . Today on Dt:24.03.2024 I ordered an Instamart item on ghoshpara kestopur kolkata-700102. I am staying in apartment on the 3rd floor & in my apartment there is no lift, also i am staying with my 1.5 years of child. a swiggy delivery boy came and ring 2 mints coning bell . So without any phone within 2 to 3 minutes the delivery boy left. when I reached the ground floor. No one was there and my order was cancelled without informing me.
