I had purchased 6 prepaid service for my Honda 2 wheeler from their dealer Pilot Honda in Bhandup, Mumbai.
Since then the dealership is shut down (leaving 4 service coupons still unclaimed)
Inspite of multiple emails to Honda customer service, senior management and greivance cells, the matter remains unresolved for over a month. There has been no response from the company other then an auto acknowledgement with COMPLAINT TICKET NO.1-113823702229
