Text of Complaint by Himanshu Johri:

I had booked a hotel in kanpur on 28th Feb 24 for 2 rooms from fabhotels.com and paid an advance amount for early check-in, but after reaching the hotel for which I paid the advance was full and not having a single room available for next 8-9 days. Got trapped by the executive named Deepak Gorwal from FabHotels and paid an upfront on repeatedly asking for it (WhatsApp conversation attached), then I got no choice other than to pay more than the double of the tarrifs for jus a couple of hours mentioning again not even for 6 hours.From the hotel side I was advised to cancel the booking so as to gat back my booking amount, so I did as directed by the receptionist called the FabHotels customer care & cancelled the booking in revert a new executive told me that it will be refunded back to me in 5-7 days. After 4 days I called back again to check the booking refund status,on picking my call a new lady executive told me that I m not liable to recieve any refund of the booking & put down the call saying sorry we can not help you asking me to leave a rating of the calling return. Faced very mushkil problem along with my old parents in the very odd hours of the night .. demanding a serious action against the fraudsters and must file a defamation case against the FabHotels.com.
