Hi,
We had booked a flight ticket in April through MakeMyTrip.com for Jet airways flight.
Later on, within a week, we came to know about Jet problems and tried to call up their helpline number to cancel our tickets, however, their helplines numbers were not accessible and we could not reach out to their customer care. Emails that we wrote / queries that we raised on mobile or through their online portals were never replied back. These email queries were to the point of understanding how we can cancel our tickets and also the charges that would be involved as cancellation charges. We lost a valuable 5 – 6 days waiting for their reply and finally, when we did submit our cancellation request online, they took a good 5 – 6 days to confirm that the request has been received and it will be processed.
Hence, its very clear that it was due to callous attitude of MakeMyTrip customer care, their utter lack of co-operation, their delay in attending calls / replying back to queries etc. we have still not have our flight ticket refunded from Makemytrip.com
I would like to hold MMT responsible for the sloppiness in service, lack of an understanding of current business scenario, and total lack of co-operation leading to me still awaiting a refund on my ticket. If their customer service were prompt and they had taken adequate steps to ensure that their customers do not lose out on money and initiated a refund on our behalf, it would have been very helpful.

Kindly help in getting a resolution at the earliest and they keep on sending a standard reply. I would like to when my request for refund was submitted, when did they submit the the same to Jet airways and upto which date the refunds have been processed by Jet officials.
Kindly help to understand where there was a delay.
