airtel landline no. is 01204097073 and DSL no. is 012045695541_dsl . I don’t want auto bill generation as I am not using it and I m not i my noida flat since 20th March 2020. I requested to please deactivate my account temporarily.. I will again inform when to resume once I will be in my noida flat.. plz help on this as airtel application doesn’t have any deactivating button and not even the customer care service is responsive. I complaint on Twitter also but they just gave sympathy but don’t listen the customer.. why should I pay after complaining many times to deactivate and stop the service.. they are sending me continuously mails and message that auto bill payment will start from 17th. But they are not listening to me.. as they just want money…
Please help me on this.
