Text of Complaint by Mimi:

Hi I am a customer from the Pari-Thai.

I have just signed up newly today and I did my first deposit with the welcome bonus.

Everything went smooth until I went into the game in which I went for the “bonus available games” (which means it is available to be played with my bonus)

However when I got into the game, it says that I have no credit I went out of the game the credit is still there I asked the admin about it and he is telling me to go to another game.

So I tried another game and it didn’t work from the same provider.
I again told him about it and he told me to go and try another provider.
So I did and it worked on pragmatic play.

I told him that I really like the first game that is having the error of me not having credit. Then he told me to try to log out and wait for a while and login. I tried multiple times and he repeated the same things multiple times. In the end the problem still persists.

I did not blame him but I did ask him saying that if he could help because I really want to play that game.
I technically signed up purely because your wonderful server has this game that I like so much.

Finally he told me to take a few screenshots, so that he can send to his IT department. In which I did everything I can to cooperate with him.

Then he told me to wait, and I said is that all I can do? he said yes , so I did I waited.

Just to have a recap.
I had this problem since 4+ p.m. and I tried my very best to cooperate with him whatsoever until 6:30 when he told me he would send it to the IT department. And so after that I waited.

And then at 7:30 I messaged him saying that is there any updates or do I still have to wait. He then had the auto reply of saying if I have any questions or inquiries please do say it so that he can help.
I understand that he might be busy so I waited for 15 minutes and then I sent him a sticker and saying hello and then at 8:20 I sent him another message saying that is there anyone that can give me a little update on whether it has any improvements or not.

He completely ignored me all the way until 9:12 which was my last message and until now which is exactly 10:00 p.m.

In between those I tried to message must perhaps other admins from different platforms as I was talking to the first person on LINE.

I I then tried WhatsApp and telegram which both completely ignore me again. I’m guessing it is the same admin.

I even told the admin saying that I don’t blame you for what has happened because it is an error on the system’s part I just want an update or a replies stating that if there is any updates or do I have to wait longer but no he did not reply me even till now.

I feel like I’m being forced to just play on with other things in which I didn’t want to play.

And so when I lose all my money he wouldn’t have a problem I find this very unprofessional and very unethical in so many ways.

It feels like he just wants me to quickly lose so that he can have one jobless to do or one less customer to deal with.

I’m not sure if this complaint is applicable to the tire website but I hope it does because this truly tarnishes the big name of PariMatch Online.

It truly feels like I’m being forced and blackmail into playing something or doing something that I don’t want to at all and it makes me panic when they don’t reply because it feels like oh no what’s going to happen to my money now.
