On 30.6.2020 we have recharged with Rs 530/- for primary n secondary connections through your app n we got confirmation.
Today only primary connection is working n secondary is not working.
When contacted your Engineer Mr Haripradad informed that payment of Rs.530/- blocked in primary connection and of Rs.199/- is required to adjust Rs530/-to secondary connection.
When customers paid Recharge amount Rs 530/- through your application for primary n secondary connections why should they pay Rs 199/- extra.
Please settle the issue
without extra amount.
