I changed my two airtel numbers from prepaid to postpaid on 11.06.2020. The numbers are as follows:
1. 8558877810
2. 8826971907
Both numbers were recharged with prepaid plans. For the first number,i.e. 8558877810, recharge was done on 09.06.2020 only with the plan of Rs. 698. For the second one, i.e. 8826971907, recharge was done a month ago with the plan of Rs 598.
Since I upgraded both my numbers into postpaid plan, I could not use the benefits of those plans, especially, on the first number as after one day I changed it into postpaid.
The money has been credited to airtel company account. Thus, I requested them to adjust the amount of those prepaid plans in my upcoming bill. I chose family plan for these numbers.
The same adjustment was done by vodafone company as well when I upgraded my prepaid number to postpaid number.
I expected a good quality services from the company and timely resolutions to the request made by me.
Its very simple to adjust the amount since my money has gone into company’s account only. But they gave illogical response that accounts fir prepaid and postpaid are different, so they can’t adjust this. Already, due to corona I am suffering. Now this company is looting my hard earned money.
Please help me in this matter.
