INCIDENT INFORMATION
I became the victim of Aditya Trading company for Bitcoin Investment by seeing an advertisement on telegram, when the scammer shared a WhatsApp link on telegram in the name of Bitcoin investment and claimed that if you invest in it, you will get double return within 45 minutes. The scammer also shared some videos in which peoples are claiming trustworthy, and also shared WhatsApp screenshots of some peoples, in which the transaction details were given, and the scammer sent WhatsApp link on telegram, and claimed to be trustworthy, he told to join the WhatsApp, there i joined, and at first I asked him for some proof. scammer shared an ISO certificate of Aditya Trading company then I realised it might be true, then he asked me how much you want invest, i replied 3000, suddenly he replied 3000 plan is , take 5000, i sent 5000 to him, after 45 minutes later he told you gained your profit, now you will have to pay GST charges 6999, i paid, suddenly, he replied pay 11999 for trading charges, i paid 11999, now he is saying pay 8999 rupees for withdrawal charges, then I realised he is doing fraud, after i request to him please give me my refund back, but he refused to give my refund back, he shared his I’d is telling his name is Manish Patel and by making false claims he made a fraud transaction with me, , and still scammer want money from me, I hereby request you to kindly take appropriate action on this and make them return back the amount that I paid.
