I paid this person 2k INR and he said he would double it in 15 to 45 mins. And after that he said the slot is full, 5k slot is available and asked me to send 3k Rs more. I got alerted by this and searched in internet. There I saw so many complaints registered in his name.. I told him about the same. And I also told him I would complain against him. He said me okay, go do that.. So here I am. Complaining against him.
