I have CIN U65990GJ1991PLC064603 with Aditya Birla Paytm postpaid. Balance i refilled yesterday was 12000, out of which thrir system cut their late fee charges of 800 approx but my account was blocked still i am unable to use my balance. I was supposed to pay Rent and fees thru this balance they Blocked my balance. I am a Lite cutomer and i wanted to be Delite customer
