I have a LAP (Loan Against Property) on my Residence with Aditya Birla Finance Ltd. Its been every time that I try reaching them out on emails (care.finance@adityabirlacapital.com) I never get any proper response to my queries, just Automated mails.
Also, when tried reaching them on calls to get an answer, they point out saying they do not have access to emails and its a different team who does. As a Customer I am bearing this every single time I ask them for some documents or anything for my LAP. Now, recently, i asked for my Share Certificate for some registration work at Society, it took them 2 months just to respond to my emails in a proper way. Also, after completing the required formalities to get it, here I am waiting after submitting the Indemnity Bond paper on 6th June, 2022. The TAT here as agreed was 10 days (working).
