Sir ,
Myself availed Paytm postpaid facility and in January 2022 month I was failed to pay the outstanding amount y because I was in a certain financial and health constrains. Because of that financial issues I have paid partial amount(Rs3500) . And I told them that I will pay the rest amount (Rs 4200)by 5th of February 2022. From the last 2 weeks agents from Aditya Birla is torturing me by calling 10 to 20 times in a day. As I am a person having lot of health issues including hyper tension , which is affecting my health. And I m not able to work in my organization. Because of this constant calls and tortures my health is also getting down. Please look into this matter to.stop.down these type of tortures to people like me who is failing in a single payment.
