Text of Complaint by FAIZAN S:

I had requested for loan closure on May 11th and  until now they haven’t provided with the NOC letter.

No proper response from the customer service team. I contacted them more than 30 times over call despite they were just asking me to wait again and again. It’s been more than 50 days now.

I tried reaching grievance officer, nodal officers but no luck. No response from anyone. And customer service team are not even providing me the escalation contact details.

I have made payment of 3L something through DD and 15K something through NEFT ECMS transfer still my EMI’s are getting debited. Which clearly shows they have not progressed anything on closure request.

Can someone help me here?
