I was brought adidas fluo m shoes in utility grey color from Amazon online on dr 11th Oct 2020 that time got in utility green,then again booking dr.12oct 2020 in same color but once again came in utility green. On dt 28th Oct 2020 it’s replace adjusted by hand to hand but again got in utility green. Frequently customer care calls tell us we change it but still not changed in utility green. Now dt 8th Nov 2020 call to customer care regarding replacement of color, The customer care man contacted Mr. Rakesh, the manager.Talked to Mr. Rakesh but he showed inability to change. He said he would not meet but would transfer the money back to the account and they cut my call. I would like to shoes in utility grey don’t want refund because we are Waiting for that color from October 11th to today’s date so please do needful.
