Hi, this is very frustrating and irritating that airtel provides such a bad service to their customers. I have 649 plan and one adhon connection is free on the same. I went to airtel office yesterday and they have given me adhon number 9606201379 which they mentioned will be activated in 4 hours . After waiting for 4 hrs. I called to customer care and spoke to Gayathri who was telling there is no update for this, then I spoke to Ashwini who told me since it is new number it will be activated in 24 hrs. After 24 hrs i called 121and sripriya spoke to me and was unrelated questions then I asked her to connect me to her senior then she transferred my phone to Geeta and she told me there is no update done from airtel office and I need to revisit airtel office, I can’t go there on weekdays and I need to communicate with my daughter with this adhon connection. She raised some request and told me it will be activated in 48 hours. This is very awful experience and I won’t have any other channel to communicate with my daughter.
