This mail is in regards to the additional amount of 330 INR added in my monthly bill for the month of September 2020 as SMS charges. This has become a continuous trend as last month also I paid an additional amount for services which I haven’t availed. Would request you to adjust the amount in my bill so that I can pay it on time and continue my relationship with you. I had raised a concern yesterday with reference no. 31-3408236393207 but it hasn’t been resolved. It has been 3 days since I have raised a complaint with no resolution.
