I have been using airtel services for years and paying bills without any dealys. Its been three years i move dto US and i have been using airtel services to recive the sms. My package is only to recive SMS where monthly charges around 499. For the month of April airtel has sent me a socking bill of 17,000 INR updating I have used international roaming service. And in adddition until May 19th I was reciving charges for daiy pack 649 INR which I have mutiple times to stop it. Airtel team acklondged and not resolve dthe issue until now. I did use the roaming service by accpeting one of the three days call due to pandamic help but after that I havent which I have told them mutiple times including to stop daily charges. This is nver taken care and I am afraid now they will add penatly not paying the bills on time. plase help further
