I purchased a flat in Lodha group, Crown Taloja, violet A wing -606,
My total cost of the flat was 3554000 as per the agreement however which includes consideration value+ share money + Fcam charges (24months)+ Bcam Charges(24 months) + GST on cv value and other + property tax everything was included in the total value .
Possession date: March 2022
However they failed to handover the possession in 2022 and now in 2023 they have ask the final demand, which is over and above the total cost value which we made an agreement during the registration.
My final demand was suppose to be around 1.80 lakhs however they have asked me to pay 3.00 lakhs and without my permission or approval they have charged me FCAM and BCAM for 60 months due to which my final exceeded the agreement value of my flat . Now they are asking me to pay full amount but I have the document in which they have clearly made an agreement of 24 months advance maintenance charges.
They have mentally tortured me and harassed me .
If we delay any payment they charge us the interest but now they delayed for one year to hand over the possession.
Request you to please help in resolving the case please.
