I have been reaching out to airtel almost through every forum just to find out why they have charged 535.39 rs bill while I am already subscribed for a three months tariff plan and there should be no additional charges.
Airtel customer care calling facility was not there, with great difficulty I got hold of an airtel executive on call who called me to inform me that I have bill payment due, when asked for reason she disconnected the call.
After that I raised a technical complaint and caught hold of a technical operator who suggested writing in to 121, which I did yesterday.
Even here they are not responding to my questions, not giving me calls even on multiple requests and giving vague unrelated answers to my enquiries.
What I need here is a simple call back and explanation why this additional bill is charged.
My last tariff day for the 3 months plan is tomorrow and I am not allowed to renew my subscription without clearing off these dues.
Needless to say I am disappointed with the service provided by airtel on this.
