I added 2 more numbers to my main post paid account as per the airtel offer on monthly subscription package. 3 more numbers were free in this package to be added.
I added on 11th January 2021
i got confirmation through sms and it is showing in airtel app that these two numbers were added.
later on my newly added account started getting bills and customer care told me that first account were not de lodged that is why it was not added.
justice required and what penalty airtel should get
