To Airtel –
I am extremely annoyed and pissed off as after making multiple calls and making complaints, there is no resolution yet.

I have been using your services for a long time. I got my Airtel fiber connection transferred from Noida to Pune in April 2022.

Everything was cool till August 2022. All of a sudden you gave me a surprise in a shape of another DSL connection with added amount in my bill which you did mistakenly or intentionally i dont know why.

How come another DSL connection in my recent bill which was never before and never requested? I only had one connection worth Rs 799 + gst and stuff if you can check all my bills.

I called you guys multiple times and you all accepted it was a mistake on your end and assured me of disconnection of thar unnecessarily added DSL connection and sending me a new bill for which the due date was 19/09/2022. I am still waiting for new bill so that i can pay what i am supposed to pay.

If you are not gonna resolve this, i will not pay a single penny and will take this to consumer forum and will disconnect my connection with you and tell family friends and social media about this dishonesty.

You had logged complaint and i got multiple calls from your retention team and they assured resolution but nothing happened till now. After every call i get a new call and they dont know what previous agent had promised.

Take it seriously and you are becoming worst customer service provider company. Your agents and supervisors are rude and unprofessional.

The below complaint was logged because your agents agreed that it was a system mistake that another dsl was generated which was billed additionally. I never ever got any response on this. Find the message of the complaint “Dear customer, Service Request Number 10079888542 created for your Airtel Xstream Fiber ID 02011228199_dsl. It will be resolved by 15/09/2022 03:25:05 PM”.

Consumer forum- its their fault and cheated with me and top of that without resolving this they are threatening to close the connection and forcing me to pay the bill for additional connection which i never applied for.
