I had purchased a video course of 1599rs from adda 247. The teacher mentioned before watching this class, you need to learn the pdf provided yesterday, but they didn’t provide any pdf with it. When I spoke to customer care. They said they don’t provide pdfs with the video course, only with live classes. I was not happy with that and wanted to return my purchase. They said they don’t refund the money, but can change the course in 30 days. We agreed to change the plan to the course for 2499rs and as I had already paid 1699, I only needed to pay 899rs more. An agent called Vanshika Kashyap said I’d receive the payment link of 899rs in 24 hours. But I didn’t receive it and contacted her again. She said the difference amount is 1425 rs, which is completely incorrect. Please help
