I have a family plan with number 8800139732 and my mother’s number is the add on number on it which is 9871763573. It has been more than 20 days since the internet is not working on her number for which the complaint was first made on the customer care on 30th. Without providing any solution the complaint was closed and again the complaint was made on 3rd Feb. Similarly without providing any solutions innumerous complaints have been made to the customer care where they keep asking for 3 days and it has been 21 days without any action. I have even mailed the nodal officer of Delhi Airtel and even he/she had not done anything but replied with scripted mails. I have given them several ultimatums about withdrawing the connections but again no action has been taken.
