on 20 Feb I recharged my Airtel account 3000822928 for one month which was due to expire in a month. To my surprise the account expired much before the due date. When I enquired I was surprised that a new pack of 213 INR is added to my account which was not requested by me. These airtel guys are cheaters and they cheat customers and add any pack to cover up their targets of the month. This happened third time with me so thought to file a formal complaint
I recharged my account yesterday but the connection is still not started.
